The models attempted resynthesizing the #1 most viewed video on the platform using only content from the remaining Top 10 videos. One copyright infringement case involved using content related to Miley Cyrus&#8217;s top video &#8220;Wrecking Ball.&#8221; In this instance, it was the musical arrangement that triggered YouTube&#8217;s response. Finding a human who would have recognized the audio as &#8220;Wrecking Ball&#8221; would have been quite a challenge, but to a robot, it was.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pkmital.com\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/miley-cyrus-copyright-claim.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"985\" height=\"725\" src=\"https:\/\/pkmital.com\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/miley-cyrus-copyright-claim.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2850\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pkmital.com\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/miley-cyrus-copyright-claim.png 985w, https:\/\/pkmital.com\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/miley-cyrus-copyright-claim-800x589.png 800w, https:\/\/pkmital.com\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/miley-cyrus-copyright-claim-768x565.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 985px) 100vw, 985px\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">YouTube&#8217;s Copyright Notice <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a consequence for his &#8220;copyright infringements&#8221;, access to Mital&#8217;s Gmail account was restricted, compelling him to endure YouTube&#8217;s compulsory viewing of a peculiar animation featuring Happy Tree Friends, which, according to Wikipedia, is a show that is \u201cextremely violent, with almost every episode featuring blood, pain, and gruesome deaths\u2026depicting bloodshed and dismemberment in a vivid manner.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-vimeo wp-block-embed-vimeo wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC \"-\/\/W3C\/\/DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional\/\/EN\" \"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/TR\/REC-html40\/loose.dtd\">\n<html><body><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"copyright-og-clip\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/851012111?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963&amp;autoplay=0&amp;loop=1&amp;autopause=0&amp;muted=1\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; Corpus-based visual synthesis: an approach for artistic stylization. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Software<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can download an app for producing generative visual collages in my free iPhone\/iPad app&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/us\/app\/photosynthesizer\/id552077547?ls=1&amp;mt=8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PhotoSynthesizer<\/a>. It only does images, and is very limited in what it can do as there is no access to the settings of the algorithm.
